About me

A diamond-shaped
professional.

I once read that “diamond-shaped professionals” would become increasingly valuable: generalists who understand different fields and know how to connect them.

I have always worked this way. Not as part of a calculated strategy, but because I kept adapting and embracing the opportunities that came my way. This allowed me to work across different fields and better understand how ideas, processes and solutions take shape.

I do not claim to understand everything in depth. My strength lies elsewhere: each experience has broadened my perspective and taught me to approach the same problem from different angles — connecting people, technology, operations and business.

Next chapter

What I want to develop next.

I want to deepen the skills that connect communication, devices, protocols and real-world operations — turning learning into useful solutions for Armitage.

01

Technical and client communication

Explain complex problems clearly, listen to needs and build alignment across clients, technicians and operations.

02

Solution-oriented IoT

Connect sensors, controllers and software by starting with the client's real-world problem.

03

ITS and Australian protocols

Understand interoperability, message structures and diagnostics for protocols used in Australian ITS systems.

04

CCTV + embedded systems

Deepen the communication between cameras, controllers, networks and software to diagnose faults and design more reliable client integrations.

05

Applied Artificial Intelligence

Use AI to support diagnostics, data analysis, automation and faster decision-making across projects and operations.
