IT Technician
I began by solving real technical problems: maintaining computers and laptops, replacing hardware, formatting systems and installing software.
About me
I once read that “diamond-shaped professionals” would become increasingly valuable: generalists who understand different fields and know how to connect them.
I have always worked this way. Not as part of a calculated strategy, but because I kept adapting and embracing the opportunities that came my way. This allowed me to work across different fields and better understand how ideas, processes and solutions take shape.
I do not claim to understand everything in depth. My strength lies elsewhere: each experience has broadened my perspective and taught me to approach the same problem from different angles — connecting people, technology, operations and business.
I began by solving real technical problems: maintaining computers and laptops, replacing hardware, formatting systems and installing software.
I created brands, visual identities, digital assets and printed materials using Illustrator and Photoshop.
I completed a two-year internship focused on quality, documentation and processes within a government-owned company in the nuclear sector.
I learned by observing the transition from a rigid culture towards newer, more modern and adaptable methodologies.
I created my online agency to support small businesses with campaigns, lead generation, visual content, websites and e-commerce stores.
I managed the routines of a government office with 12 employees, supporting payroll, internal organisation and KPIs.
I expanded my services into web development, landing pages, e-commerce, interfaces and digital solutions for small businesses.
I collaborated with the engineering team to design and expand the office network, supporting the deployment of its new infrastructure.
I filmed corporate events and weddings, capturing real stories with attention to movement, composition and spontaneous moments.
I worked as a waiter at events and weddings, developing agility, attention to detail, teamwork and care for the guest experience.
I worked in customer support and inventory control, combining clear communication, organisation and operational responsibility.
